This program isn't what you'd expect. It's not a weekend immersion. It's a full-bodied integration.
This is for those who don't just want to learn Reiki, but those who want to live Reiki.

My intention is to create a container that is transformative, supportive, and feels GOOD to the minds, bodies, and souls of everyone involved.
For me, integrating Reiki energy into my life has been the most transformative part of my journey.
Reiki was the portal that opened me up to spirituality. It is the reason I am sober. It is how I learned to trust my intuition. It is what reunited me with my purpose, and brought me back to my power. It taught me the true meaning of unconditional love.
And, when it comes to sharing Reiki with others, I want to make sure that I'm doing it in a way that truly honors the power and the magic of the energy.
Breaking down the levels:
Reiki I
- Level: Self-Healer
- Focus: The PHYSICAL Realm
- Teachings:
- History of reiki
- What is energy healing?
- The chakra system
- The energy body
- Integrating Reiki into the physical body
- Channeling Reiki through the hand chakras
Reiki II
- Level: Reiki Practitioner (both in person and via distance)
- Focus: The MENTAL / EMOTIONAL realms
- Teachings:
- The Reiki symbols, the energy they carry, and how to work with them in daily life and as a practitioner
- The basics of professional practice - session set up, working with your intuition, heart-centered care, ethics
After completion of this training, you will receive both your Reiki I & Reiki II certifications.
THE FORMAT
A six-week program to support application and integration of Reiki energy.
SIX ONLINE COURSE MODULES
In traditional Reiki courses, the course material is dedicated only to teachings. However, Allie feels that the magic of Reiki is through INTEGRATION of this energy into all areas of life, so she has changed the entire structure of the course to match that.
Reiki I & II consists of 6 course modules. Each module is broken down into 3 sections:
- TEACHINGS,
- MEDITATIONS & PRACTICES,
- and REFLECTIONS.
As we move through these modules, we will learn in-depth about all aspects of Reiki energy while taking time to INTEGRATE these teachings into the mind, body, and soul through self-healing exercises.
1:1 HEALING ATTUNEMENTS
Two 1:1 Reiki energy attuments with Allie (45 minutes to 1 hour each). These sessions serve as the *official* Reiki blessing! :)
These attunements are extremely potent healing portals, where the student begins to integrate Reiki into their minds, bodies, and souls (received after modules 4 & 6).
This will also be a space to check-in, connect with Allie one to one, and receive individualized support as needed.
Studying Reiki affects everyone differently (and inherently creates shifts in our lives as we deepen our connection to this energy!), and having 1:1 support is an integral part of the process!
