I'm Allie :)
I am an intuitive life coach and an energy healer, with a knack for self-love and empowerment. I have devoted the past ten years of my life to learning about wellness and healing – from studying bio-psychology to practicing mediumship. I'm woo as hell, and also, smart as hell. Everything I teach comes from a space of deep embodiment. I am a forever student in this arena, and am devoted to LIVING these teachings as well.
I am a 500hr yoga teacher, a Reiki Master Teacher, an integrative energy healer, and a certified holistic health coach. I have studied: shamanism, plant medicine, astrology, ayurveda, somatic healing modalities (Internal Family Systems & EFT tapping), and herbalism. I have also taken functional medicine courses in the areas of: fertility; and anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. At the moment, I am devoted to studying the energetics of sex and money – subjects that I know I am meant to share with the world, as well.
